Online Gita Foundation — Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use it and make payments only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@igniterapp.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

On enrolment you get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the course for your individual use. Copying, sharing, recording or reselling content is not permitted.

Your access lasts as long as the course remains live on Online Gita Foundation, unless we suspend it for a violation of these Terms.

Course prices are shown on the Service in Indian Rupees and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Prices may change from time to time, but a change will not affect a course you have already paid for.

Please see our Refund Policy on this site for full details of when refunds apply. If approved, the amount is credited to your original payment method within roughly 5–7 business days.

Where digital content has already been meaningfully accessed or downloaded, a refund may not be available except as mandated by applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if the academy ceases operating on the platform.

When using the Service you must not copy or redistribute course content, circumvent payment or DRM controls, post unlawful or abusive material, or disrupt the platform’s security or normal functioning.

Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or closed, and serious breaches may result in loss of access without a refund.

All courses, videos, notes, mock tests, branding, and other material on the Service are owned by Online Gita Foundation or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your licence to use them does not transfer any ownership to you.

The Service and its educational content are provided “as is” for learning purposes. While we work hard to keep content accurate and the Service available, Online Gita Foundation does not guarantee any particular exam result, uninterrupted availability, or that the content is error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Online Gita Foundation is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Indian law governs these Terms, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Where a change is significant we will give in-app notice and update the “Last updated” date shown above, and your continued use signals acceptance of the new Terms.
